Better Sound.
Better Spaces.
Acoustic Design
phon is a measure of subjective loudness: a measure of sound defined by human perception. It speaks to the idea at the heart of our work, connecting the science of sound with the human experience.
Who we are
Sound shapes the way we experience the world around us. It influences how we connect, create, work and feel within a space. We are acoustic engineers who care deeply about creating environments that work for people.
This graphic demonstrates sound behaviour in a simplified 2D model. It illustrates how geometry and surface finishes interact with sound. Shaping that behaviour is what we do: modelling, design and measurement, from the first sketch to the final test, so a space is experienced as intended. More about how we work here.
